Am I the only person hoping for falling stock pricing of good companies? My point is that falling stock prices are actually a huge advantage for investors in companies with thriving businesses!

Currently I am slowly buying up shares in a German real estate firm (renting out own apartments) for the simple reason that they are valued extremely low while having a stable business. After accounting for debt assets are valued at just 30% of their realistic market value boosting the return on investing.

So unlike most others I am actually hoping for lower stock prices!

How come it is so difficult to find managers with a degree in computer science and management experience is a mystery to me. It does however explain why startups lose their edge...
